you can expect from our Staging Services:
Experience:
Since 2002 Stage Right has succesfully staged over 700 homes
in the GTA for agents, homeowners and builders. Our staff
of 10 are rigourously trained in all facets of home staging,
and are available, usually the same-day, to consult with you
on how to best get the highest possible return from your home.
Selection:
Stage Right has a 6,000 square foot showroom and warehouse
in Leaside offering the latest furniture, rugs, lighting,
artwork, and accessories for rental and sale (click
here to see our showroom). Because our inventory is on-site,
the best styles are always available for your home. We refresh
our inventory quarterly to ensure that our selection is second
to none in the GTA.
Convenience:
Stage Right is Toronto's largest full-service staging company.
In addition to our staging services, we employ full-time,
on-staff contractors who work with our designers to seamlessly
offer you full renovation, home painting, and repair services
(click here for more information).
Once you've moved, we also offer design services (we call
it "Staging to Stay") to help you settle into your new home
(click here for more information).
How it all works
A designer from Stage Right would visit your home
at a time convenient to you. Within 24 hours of the walkthrough,
the designer would provide you and your agent with an estimate
of what they feel would be required to maximize the value
of your home.
The recommendation may include mixing new furniture
into the existing furniture, possible repairs or painting,
and maybe the introduction of new art, window treatments,
floor coverings and accessories.
The average cost to stage a home is $3,000 for
the first month, including the staging and delivery fees.
Empty homes generally cost around $5,000 to stage. After the
first month, if required, the rentals can be on a week-to-week
or month-to-month basis and would be about two-thirds of the
first month's cost because the staging fee and delivery fee
are not recurring.
